Planning a successful evening
Think of the evening in sequences: welcome, dinner, highlight, dancing. Music plays a different role at each step, and one artist can adapt their repertoire if you tell them.
Volume matters as much as style. Indoors, in a restaurant or a flat, favour acoustic line-ups; for a hall or a garden with many guests, plan a PA and check the municipality's noise hours.
The fee mainly depends on the line-up (solo, duo, full band), the playing time, travel, the equipment to bring (PA, lighting, piano) and the date: Saturdays from May to September and the end-of-year season are the most requested. Give a budget range in your request and artists reply with a precise fee.
