Music and professional events
A launch cocktail calls for a discreet mood (piano, jazz trio) that leaves room for conversation; a year-end party or a gala, a band or a DJ. For an international audience, state the languages of the songs you want.
For your accounting: an online payment is collected by Stripe directly on the artist's account and you receive a confirmation email that serves as proof of payment. If you need a formal invoice, with or without VAT, ask the artist while you discuss the booking.
The fee mainly depends on the line-up (solo, duo, full band), the playing time, travel, the equipment to bring (PA, lighting, piano) and the date: Saturdays from May to September and the end-of-year season are the most requested. Give a budget range in your request and artists reply with a precise fee.
